The Global Gathering of Policy, Finance, and Technology

The Singapore FinTech Festival is the global gathering of policy, finance, and technology communities, held from 12 to 14 November 2025. Designed to foster impactful connections and collaborations, SFF is a platform to explore the intersections of cutting-edge financial solutions, evolving regulatory landscapes, and the latest technological innovations.

This year as the 10th anniversary of Singapore Fintech Festival, SFF will examine the transformative potential of Artificial Intelligence, Quantum Computing, and Digital Assets in shaping financial services and delivering sustainable, inclusive economic growth.

Through insightful sessions, roundtables, workshops, exhibitions and much more, SFF is an immersive discovery and dialogue of the future trajectories of financial services and the overarching digital transformation reshaping global economies.

Last year, we welcomed more than 66,000 participants from 150 countries.

Global Leaders and Changemakers on Stage
This year’s programme will feature pioneers who have reshaped the financial sector and changemakers defining its future. Among the keynote speakers are:

  • Dr Roy Fielding, whose API design principles underpin modern FinTech platforms.
  • Nandan Nilekani, who spearheaded Digital Public Infrastructure (DPI), expanding access to over a billion citizens.
  • Dr Paul Taylor, an innovator in cloud-native banking systems.
  • Eric Jing, recognised for driving inclusive growth and digitisation in China and beyond.
  • Dr Agustín Carstens, General Manager of the Bank for International Settlements, who has guided central banks through digital transformation.

These sessions will examine how foundational technologies of the past decade continue to influence the financial sector while setting the stage for the next wave of disruption.

Kenneth Gay, Chief FinTech Officer of MAS, said the festival’s 10th anniversary reflects FinTech’s journey “from early digital innovations to today’s AI-driven transformation,” adding that Singapore continues to provide a “dynamic platform for innovation” as the world prepares for the next decade.

Next-Gen Technologies in Focus
More than 70 focused sessions will delve into how AI, Tokenisation, and Quantum Computing are redefining financial services. Topics include:

  • AI in risk management, compliance, and financial inclusion.
  • Tokenisation to enhance capital market efficiencies.
  • Quantum Computing and its impact on cybersecurity and encryption standards.

Speakers will include Charles Cascarilla (Paxos), Rafael Echemendia (The Ethical Hacker), Tamas Kadar (SEON), Tomas Skoumal (Dyna.Ai), Professor Urbasi Sinha (Raman Research Institute), and Vijay Shekhar Sharma (One97 Communications and Paytm).

Sopnendu Mohanty, Group CEO of GFTN, emphasised that SFF has enabled ten years of dialogue on open banking, embedded finance, cross-border digital assets, and financial inclusion. He called for “urgent action to address persistent gaps in global finance” and to build trusted infrastructure powered by AI, Quantum, and Tokenisation.

Celebrating Founders and Innovation

A special spotlight will be placed on more than 20 founders from Singapore and across Asia, highlighting their resilience and impact over the past decade. Complementing this will be the 10th Global FinTech Hackcelerator, with this year’s competition themed around AI-powered solutions.

Other programmes include:

  • Founders Peak™, Capital Meets Policy Dialogue, Investor Hours, and SFF MeetUp to connect innovators, policymakers, and capital.
  • Innovation Lab Crawl to showcase Singapore’s FinTech ecosystem.
  • Launch of the Global Impact Champions Awards, recognising achievements in financial health.

As a lead-up to the festival, the invite-only Insights Forum™ will take place on 10–11 November at Sands Expo & Convention Centre. This platform will convene regulators, policymakers, and industry leaders for high-level dialogues to shape actionable outcomes for the year ahead.
